Cacafuego Arts & Decoration, LLC is a specialty decorative painting company based in Portland, Oregon. The company was founded by Tom Hickey in 2014 after a relocation from Baltimore, Maryland. We continue to provide decorative painting services on the east coast for some of the nation's top interior designers in our incarnation as Rising Tide Inc.

 

We provide the finest quality custom interior decorative painting, with an emphasis on old world techniques such as glazing and stenciling, as well as venetian plasters, gilding, woodgraining and faux marbles.
